We have a lot of "fairies"
that come and visit our house...
the "birthday fairy" comes during the night
and leaves a special present & a note for Goosie Girl...
We also have the "school fairy" that comes
the entire first week of school and leaves little
gifts (and yes, notes too) that Goosie Girl
can use at or after school...
Then we have "Santa's Elf"
(because he doesn't have fairies)
who comes a few times before Christmas
and leaves little gifts...
always pj's the night before Christmas...
and then of course there is the "tooth fairy"...
She doesn't leave notes, just $...
Goosie Girl looks forward to each and every visit
by whatever fairy is coming...
Well...
How Does She? had a little tidbit on tooth fairies...
This fairy colored the water the tooth was in
according to the color of her dress
and
sprinkled color glitter all over the floor...
(Our fairies must know that Mom doesn't like to vacuum)
This was so cute, I had to share...
As told by How Does She?...
My creative and adorable friend Natalie
recently shared her family tradition of the Tooth Fairy…
Before Bed, Natalie’s little girl sets out a big glass of water with her tooth at the bottom.
While she is sleeping the Tooth Fairy comes to get her tooth
and colors the water whatever color her princess dress happens to be that particular night.
First it was hot pink, then purple, and when she came the other night,
it was red with red sparkles! She must have been dancing in her room
because there was red glitter all over her floor and bed!
After the dance she always leaves new toothpaste, sugarless gum,
and of course some money under the pillow.
