Milk & Cookies Anyone?

I am just loving this party theme...
Milk & Cookies...
Who would have thought such a simple joy could be this adorable?

Look at this precious tablescape!

I mean, seriously...

Simplicity at its finest...

This party was a finalist in the Most Adorable Party contest...

I can definitely see why!

Pictures are from A. Party Style (who came up with this sweet little thing) .

A Wedding Invite Bid

I'm making a bid on Etsy to work with a bride on her wedding invitations.
I had so much fun trying to incorporate her wishes into a stunning invitation suite.
Since first impressions are so important,
your wedding paperie needs to make an impact on your guests
and have them anticipating your event....
Don't you agree?

She said that her colors were dove gray, eggplant & paisley (since her beloved would be wearing it).

She also said that she wanted her invitations to open like a book & have a pocket to hold the enclosures...

Oooohhhh, pretty paisley...
Classy & elegant...
Enclosures that replicate the invitation...
I love how they flow together...
Close ups...

Of course, adjustments can be made to fit her style...
Do you think she'll like them?

I hope she picks me!

Festive Marshmallow Hearts

Here is a sweet, easy & inexpensive way to add a bit of Valentine festivity...
A reader sent this in to Everyday Celebrating...

Take a large marshmallow and roll it out flat...
Next, use a small heart cookie cutter to cut out little marshmallow hearts

Look how cute these little billowy marshmallow hearts are!

Makes me want to eat one!

Use these as garnish on the top of a mug of hot chocolate...

these would make a nice snack to go in a lunchbox...

For a teacher, these would be great for a Valentine center (like for graphing etc.)...

Oooohhh, how about dipping part of them in chocolate?

Thank you Everyday Celebrating & Pera Chapita for sharing this with us!

Cookie Crazie

I'm thinking about making some decorative sugar cookies for Goosie Girl's class.
I was swooning when I saw these beauties by Cookie Crazie.
These are utterly crazie cute! Don't you agree?

Oh my!
What talent Cookie Crazie has!
The intricate detail on these sweet little things is amazing!
I wonder how long it takes to complete these...
These are definitely the icing on cookie!

Superbowl Party

If you're planning to host a Superbowl party, here is some eye candy from Celebrations at Home that might give you some inspiration...
I mean really, could this be any cuter?? I think not! I love how she created the lines of the field and those goal posts are just precious! I also love the look of the white serving dishes.
Perfection, no?
Thank you Celebrations at Home for the inspiration! Pop over to her site to get the full play by play.

Valentine Wishes

With Valentine's Day right around the corner, it's time to start thinking about Valentine cards.

I used to love, when I was a child, picking out Valentines that I was going to give to my friends & classmates. It was such a choice...you had many things to think about...the cuteness factor...they couldn't be to mushy...they had to be just right!

I created three Valentine's this year...2 of them are girl Valentines (I gave Goosie Girl a choice) and 1 is a boy Valentine...all of which are "owl" (I'm swooning over owls at the moment) themed.

Take a peek...
Pretty pink owl with sparkle on her wings & belly

Pretty pink, heart owl with a rhinestone trim...

Brown owl...I can't say it's cute if it's for a boy...
(but it really is!)

Goosie Girl chose the pretty pink owl (the first one)...
All 3 of these are on available at goosiegirlcards.com
or my etsy store...

And how about those fab mailboxes that you got to create?
It makes me giddy just thinking about it!

How sweet are these little things? I want one!
Thanks "No Biggie" for finding these for us!
